  • Imaynalla is our monthly newspaper for the community. It covers news and information from the community and provides information on the work and progress of Proyecto Horizonte. The newspaper is very well received and has significantly improved communication within Ushpa-Ushpa. The word Imaynalla is a common greeting in Quechua.
  • Dance festivals symbolize the preservation of tradition and convey the joy of music and dance. We are often organizing such events through the school and kindergarten for both children and their parents. We also offer frequent gymnastics and acrobatics programs organized by the sports teachers.
  • Our concept of holistic education encompasses the advancement of children, the participation of parents and the progression of education and specialization of the staff. Every month we organize evening classes for our parents. The classes are organized by our psychologists and include topics like improving communication within the family, nutrition and dealing with adolescents. For our staff we organise a training package every year which is tailored to their needs and interests.
