Raising awareness to end domestic violence
Our social psychology clinic works to address issues such as emotional problems, gang participation, alcohol, drug and sexual abuse, violence and child abandonment that are significantly present in our community. On Thursday, October 1st, our social worker gave a workshop to the women waiting at the health center on the subject of violence. She highlighted that violence could also take a psychological form and that not reporting an incident makes one an accomplice.
